Coral Reef adds the real coral reefs in Minecraft. Now the oceans won't look lifeless. A huge area at the bottom of the sea populated by the most diverse vegetation, which sometimes can be seen from the surface because the coral emits a small light. This mod is mostly decorative, but some of the underwater plants you can use to get the dyes.
