Cannibalism is a pretty awful mod that allows you to not only eat yourself if you are very hungry, but also eat villagers and their friends on multiplayer servers. You can also get meat from animals without killing them. Another mod adds special knives for meat and one mob, which is called a wendigo. This mob has 50 hearts and inflicts 5 damage at a time
