These resource packs are only compatible with Minecraft 1.9.0 - 1.10.0, packets may have to redo it again in the future if too many changes in new versions of the game.
All have been tested with 1.9.4 OptiFine HD U B5 (no OptiFine for version 1.10.0 for now), OptiFine is not required, but does add some useful features such as Connected textures (CTM), the best clouds, random mobs and custom colors.
