Complementary Shaders is a shader pack for Minecraft Java Edition with special attention to detail, the highest quality standards and the best level of optimization. It brings tons of high-quality effects to Minecraft, two default visual styles, custom effects for almost every block in the game, a choice of customization profiles from Light to Ultra, and it will never irritate your eyes while playing. It was originally created as an edition of BSL Shaders back in 2018 and has received countless major updates, including a complete overhaul to meet modern gameplay standards. Complementary Shaders are created based on user feedback and continue to receive regular updates to this day.

Complementary Shaders have two different visual options with the only difference being the default settings. The Unbound style is designed for people looking for a more realistic and natural look, while the Reimagined style is designed to reimagine Minecraft while maintaining its unique visual elements. Please note that after downloading, you can still choose any style. You can switch to blocky clouds in the Unbound style or use realistic water in the Reimagined style. All settings are in the shaderpack options.
